BOOT CAMP & BULLY CAMP

We have bootcamps taught by all three of our owners, Tammy, Monique and Kristina. We specialize in modifications for injured or deconditioned students, so if you're nervous about coming to a class, know that our staff is well educated and has personal experience with what you're going through.

Equipment Used: Mat, Step with 2 risers, 1 pair of light weights (3-5 lbs), 1 pair of heavy weights (8-10lbs) 


BOOTCAMP - Coach Mo

Coach Monique believes in the classics.  Her style of bootcamp is no frills but extremely effective.  As a personal trainer, she designs each class to ensure you receive a balanced workout.  If you only have an hour and want to hit multiple body parts as well as a bit of cardio....this is your class!

BULLY CAMP - Kristina

Bully Camp takes a group (no more than 3)  out into the "Bully Pit" (a weight lifting section of the Temple) and teaches attendees how to safely and effectively lift dumbbells/barbells/plates as well as use all the weight lifting machines and functional fitness equipment!  

BOOTCAMP - Tammy

Tammy is our master trainer and her bootcamps are guaranteed leave you feeling like a WARRIOR!  She will use both dumbbell weights and body weight to build muscle, plyometrics, time under tension techniques and classic calisthenics for a well rounded workout in just one hour.
