FUNCTIONAL YOGA

Functional Yoga is the yoga for people who don't know how to do yoga.  Kristina's gentle voice and education in anatomy and physiology blend with aromatherapy and soothing lighting to create a MINDFUL experience on the mat.  Every pose is explained and demonstrated, along with repetition.   Take a minute to see what Kristina's yoga style is all about!

A regular yoga practice brings an increased range of motion, as well as reducing your chances of pulled muscles and other injuries.   The class designed to stretch out tight and tense bodies.  For one hour, you are learning to listen to your body, relieve pressure and tension and most importantly, you are learning  how to relax.    

TRAP YOGA

When you think of yoga in the United States, most of us think of thin, flexible women in a bright, airy studio serving complimentary essential oil rubs in between impossible poses requiring 3 ribs to be removed.

Trap Yoga is the complete  opposite of that.  

We unroll  our mats in an aerobics room that looks more like a nightclub than a yoga  studio.   The main lights are OFF and the room is illuminated with party lights, black lights and neon for a straight up VIBE.  

There are no floaty harp tracks here.  It's all Trap Music that you can wine, grind and flow to and just let your body GO.  

YOGA BOOTCAMP

Yoga bootcamp blends the flexbility and flow of a yoga class with the muscle building moves of a bootcamp class.  Sometimes we use light weights, but mostly, its pure body weight.   Kristina designs flows to work your legs, back, shoulders, arms and core using time under tension and repetitive motion techniques.  Your time on the mat doesn't always have to be gentle stretches.  Sometimes you need to sweat!  

YOGA FLOW

Tammy doesn't JUST bring the hype...in yoga flow, she brings the stretch!  Yoga flow is a beginner friendly yoga class that relieves tension in the body and stretches out those stiff muscles from a long week of workouts and all the other positions we find ourselves in for long periods of time.  Whether its sciatic nerve pain from sitting too long or a stiff back from standing at a kitchen counter, we all have body aches that need a little attention.  Tammy brings her 15 years of fitness training to the mat and you will leave feeling fantastic!
