OUR EQUIPMENT: Temple Group Fitness is outfitted with Keiser M3i Commercial indoor group cycling bikes.   The M3i accommodates riders from 4'10” to 7' tall with a weight capacity of 350 pounds (159 kg), making it ideal for diverse group cycling classes.   The bike is easy to adjust and one of our certified instructors will be happy to help you get the settings just right before the ride. 


OUR INSTRUCTORS: 

Tammy Jenkins-Bhembe has been a spin enthusiast for over ten years and is certified by American Sport and Fitness as an indoor cycling instructor.  She creates a party atmosphere under the colored lights and motivates students with hyped up routines that work not just your quads, hamstrings and glutes, but your core and balance.   This is your cardio session.  Make it work for you!


Dan Coleman comes to the Temple from Lifetime Fitness and LAFitness out in Seattle, WA.  He has a decade of experience in both indoor and outdoor cycling, riding courses all over the Pacific Northwest.  His style is goal based, so if you're looking for mileage, or for a serious calorie burn, he shows you how to make the ride fit your needs.
